Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to and use of the Skyline Freights website, communications, and dispatch-service relationship.

Effective date: July 27, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Skyline Freights LLC website, carrier-inquiry form, communications, and truck-dispatch services.

In these Terms, "Skyline," "we," "us," or "our" means Skyline Freights LLC. "Carrier," "Customer," "you," or "your" refers to the person or business using the website, submitting an inquiry, communicating with Skyline, or receiving dispatch services.

By accessing the website, submitting information, or using Skyline services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Website and Inquiry Use

The website provides general information about Skyline Freights and its dispatch services.

Submitting the carrier-inquiry form, calling, emailing, or requesting a callback does not by itself:

  • Create a carrier-dispatch service relationship
  • Require Skyline to accept a carrier
  • Require a carrier to purchase services
  • Guarantee onboarding
  • Guarantee load availability
  • Guarantee a response within a particular period
  • Replace a separate written dispatch agreement

A dispatch-service relationship should be established through a separate written agreement or other confirmed business arrangement.

Where a signed written agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the signed written agreement controls regarding the dispatch-service relationship.

3. Services Provided

Skyline Freights may provide truck-dispatch coordination for owner-operators and small fleets, including:

  • Load search
  • Rate negotiation with brokers or shippers
  • Pickup and delivery scheduling
  • Broker and carrier communication
  • Document handling and follow-up
  • Rate-confirmation, BOL, and POD coordination
  • Lane and reload planning
  • General dispatch support across approved equipment types

Available services may depend on the carrier, equipment, authority, insurance, lanes, markets, staffing, and separate service arrangements.

4. No Forced Dispatch

Skyline Freights does not require a carrier to accept a load.

The carrier retains final discretion and responsibility to accept or reject every load.

A carrier should independently review the rate, route, commodity, weight, appointments, handling requirements, operating costs, legal requirements, and other relevant conditions before accepting a load.

5. Dispatch Fees and Pricing

Dispatch fees are calculated according to the pricing structure published at https://www.skylinefreightsllc.com/pricing.

Pricing may be updated from time to time.

Unless a signed written dispatch agreement provides otherwise, updated pricing applies to loads booked after the updated pricing becomes effective when the carrier continues using Skyline services.

Website pricing does not override pricing expressly stated in a signed written agreement.

6. Billing Cycle and Payment

Invoices are issued every Friday and cover applicable dispatch services or loads booked during the relevant billing period.

Payment is due according to the invoice, payment request, or applicable written service agreement.

The website itself does not process carrier payments unless a separate payment feature is expressly introduced.

Additional billing, payment, cancellation, or collection terms may be contained in a separate dispatch agreement or invoice.

7. No Guaranteed Loads, Rates, or Results

Skyline Freights does not guarantee:

  • The availability of any load
  • A minimum number of loads
  • A particular rate
  • A particular rate per mile
  • A particular weekly gross
  • Revenue
  • Profitability
  • Operating profit
  • Cost savings
  • A specific lane
  • A reload
  • Broker approval
  • Payment by a broker or shipper
  • Continuous work
  • Any particular business outcome

Results vary based on market conditions, equipment, lanes, authority age, carrier qualifications, availability, operating schedule, driver performance, carrier decisions, fuel and operating expenses, weather, traffic, freight volume, broker requirements, and other factors outside Skyline's control.

Any weekly-gross potential displayed on the website is illustrative and is not a promise or guarantee.

8. Carrier Responsibilities

Carriers remain responsible for their own operations and decisions.

Carrier responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining valid operating authority
  • Maintaining required insurance
  • Maintaining licenses, permits, registrations, and compliance
  • Ensuring equipment is safe, legal, maintained, and suitable
  • Complying with hours-of-service and safety requirements
  • Reviewing and approving load details
  • Confirming equipment capacity and dimensions
  • Complying with rate confirmations, bills of lading, and shipment instructions
  • Safely transporting and delivering freight
  • Maintaining accurate logs and records
  • Paying taxes and operating expenses
  • Communicating delays, breakdowns, claims, accidents, or service issues
  • Providing accurate and current information to Skyline

Skyline is not a motor carrier merely because it provides dispatch coordination.

Skyline does not take physical possession, custody, or control of freight.

9. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when:

  • Using the website
  • Submitting the carrier-inquiry form

Submitting the form causes the entered information to be transmitted through Formspree and delivered to Skyline.

Use of the form is also subject to the applicable operation and availability of Formspree.

The website may use or link to third-party services, including:

  • Formspree
  • Google Analytics
  • Vercel
  • Email providers

Skyline does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, security, errors, policies, or practices.

Use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policies.

13. Intellectual Property

The Skyline Freights website, branding, text, layout, graphics, and original content are owned by Skyline or used with permission and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the website for legitimate informational and business purposes.

You may not, without authorization:

  • Copy substantial portions of the website
  • Republish website content
  • Misrepresent Skyline content as your own
  • Use Skyline branding in a misleading manner
  • Interfere with website operation
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Use automated systems abusively
  • Submit malicious code or spam

To report a claimed intellectual-property concern, email support@skylinefreightsllc.com.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the website or services to:

  • Violate applicable law
  • Submit false or fraudulent information
  • Harass or threaten others
  • Interfere with website availability
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Upload or transmit malware
  • Submit spam
  • Abuse the contact form
  • Infringe the rights of Skyline or others
  • Misrepresent an affiliation with Skyline

Skyline may restrict access or discontinue communications when misuse is suspected.

15. Website Availability and Changes

Skyline may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue website content or features at any time.

Skyline does not guarantee that:

  • The website will always be available
  • Every page will be error-free
  • Every feature will operate without interruption
  • Third-party services will always remain available
  • Website information will always be complete or current

Skyline may correct errors and update content without prior notice.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Skyline disclaims warranties that are not expressly included in a signed written agreement.

Nothing on the website should be interpreted as a guarantee of freight, rates, revenue, profitability, broker performance, shipper performance, or carrier operating results.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Skyline Freights is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or connected to:

  • Website use
  • Website unavailability
  • Third-party services
  • Lost business opportunities
  • Lost profits
  • Broker or shipper actions
  • Carrier operating decisions
  • Rejected, cancelled, delayed, or unpaid loads
  • Communications failures
  • Data transmission errors
  • Reliance on general website information

Any limitations contained in a signed written service agreement may also apply to the dispatch-service relationship.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Skyline Freights LLC from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • False or misleading information you provide
  • Your violation of applicable law
  • Your infringement of another person's rights
  • Unsafe or unlawful carrier operations
  • Your misuse of the website or services

This section does not override different indemnification terms contained in a signed written agreement.

19. No Partnership or Employment Relationship

Use of the website or Skyline services does not by itself create:

  • A partnership
  • A joint venture
  • An employment relationship
  • A franchise
  • An ownership interest

The nature of any dispatch-service relationship should be defined by the applicable written agreement.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Accessing the website from another location does not change this governing-law provision.

21. Severability and Waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it should be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where possible.

The remaining provisions remain effective.

Skyline's failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

22. Entire Agreement and Priority of Written Agreements

These Terms govern the website and their stated subject matter.

A separate signed dispatch agreement, rate confirmation, broker-carrier agreement, bill of lading, insurance requirement, law, or regulation may impose additional or different obligations.

These website Terms do not replace those documents.

When a signed written agreement between Skyline and a carrier directly conflicts with these Terms regarding dispatch services, the signed agreement controls for that relationship.

23. Changes to These Terms

Skyline may update these Terms when website features, services, operating practices, or legal requirements change.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date where appropriate.

Continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised website Terms.

Pricing or dispatch-service changes remain subject to the applicable pricing page and any signed written agreement.
